The location of the hotel was perfect, not too far from the bustling center of Shibuya but situated in a quiet area. It was just a short walk to Shibuya Station and the famous Shibuya crosswalk. there were convenient stores like 7/11 and Family Mart nearby. The room was cozy and surprisingly spacious, considering it was in Japan. I especially appreciated the fresh bottles of water provided daily.

The staff at Sakura Fleur Aoyama were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay as a business traveler enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a pleasant environment to relax after a long day. The hotel's location near Shibuya Station and the scramble made it convenient for commuting and exploring the city. The free evening drink in the cafe was a nice touch, and the excellent WiFi ensured I could stay connected throughout my stay.
Felt super comfortable, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from the bustling center of Shibuya. You can easily access the vibrant nightlife and shopping district by crossing the footbridge near the hotel. The huge overhead bridge with a lift is another convenient option to get to Shibuya metro station. It's also worth mentioning that the rooms are beautifully decorated in a retro Victorian style, providing a cozy and unique atmosphere.
The English language proficiency of the staff could be improved.

The hotel is located in a great spot, right near the new Hikari shopping center and just a short walk from the Shibuya subway station. The area is lively and full of shops and restaurants, making it a perfect base to explore the city. The rooms are decorated in a cute and fancy style, with attention to detail and many amenities provided. Plus, the breakfast is included, which is always a bonus!

Great location, close to Shibuya station. Clean room with a retro vibe. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Convenient amenities nearby. Lovely building and lobby. Good service and English-speaking staff. Easy to explore area on foot. Nice souvenirs available at reception.
